Dolce and Co
is an unusual dessert bar as it is only open during the day before 3pm. This is because it sells the produce of the
Ecotel Pastry and Chocolate School. The
presentation of their desserts is immaculate in their glass counter. The hazelnut crunch was very tasty.
I had high hopes for the hot chocolate being the product of
a Chocolate School especially since the cost was five dollars. The chocolate came in a clear double layer
insulating mug. This is a nice
receptacle to stop the drink burning the fingertips. The drink was topped with a light froth. The chocolate itself was too weak to
appreciate any good chocolate flavour.
This was disappointing as it may well have been good chocolate but
unless it is rich enough this cannot be appreciated.
