In the economy class category the winners were

• Pat-a-cake Bakehouse Caffe for best tasting hot chocolate in the category
• Providore, Central Market for best chocolate experience in the category
• Lunch'n Latte for best presentation in the category
• Cocolat, Hyde Park for best dining experience in the category

The awards in category of specialty hot chocolates included:

• Adelaide Coffee Bar for best Italian hot chocolate
• Funk Coffee, Waymouth Street for best Vienna hot chocolate.
• Bliss for the best unique hot chocolate specialty
• Square Café for the best dining experience in the specialty category

Other single award winners were:

• Monkey Nut Café for most photogenic hot chocolate
• Cremorne Hotel for best standard hot chocolate.
• Highway Restaurant for the best dining experience involving hot chocolate.
• Super Premium Sipping Chocolate the Kitchen Adventures award for hot chocolate products
• Kappy's Café the Hall of Fame award

Our multiple award winners were:

• Chocolate at No. 5 for best presentation in the specialty category and also for best presentation overall in the open category
• Bracegirdles, Glenelg for the best chocolate experience in the specialty category and the best chocolate experience overall
• Bracegirdles, Toorak Gardens for best tasting hot chocolate in the specialty hot chocolate category and the Gold Merkel for the best hot chocolate
